Hi I’m Adam- the founder of Primal Pack Dog Training. I started my professional journey working with dogs as a dog walker not knowing that it would be the most rewarding work I’ve done and way to spend my time while building a business that would become my passion, a pleasure for me to show up at, and be proud of the difference I am making every day.
From walking and training my own dogs for many years to joining Rover and learning different behaviors personality traits of many different breeds, I wanted to learn more. I began working along side seasoned trainers, learning hands on, observing, reading books, and studying the history and behaviors of dogs. I was able to obtain the knowledge and experience to train dogs with different demeanors and backgrounds. I continued learning from the best teachers which are dogs themselves, being consistent, and kept an attention to detail which would help me building a system that allowed me to recondition a variety of dogs assisting to bring out the best in them. Some that were close to not getting another chance and others that just needed a little guidance and are now thriving, living a balanced, and happy life.
The Primal Way
Rehabilitating dogs through clear communication, respect, and trust, while leading them with calm confident energy is my approach. Dogs thrive in environments that puts them in touch with their most natural and primal instincts and pack walks are a great way to achieve this. Structured pack walks provide them with exercise, mental stimulation, and creates a fulfilling experience for dogs and the ones who love them.
